This Tuesday, September 9, Congress is hosting another public UFO hearing — and this one could be the most revealing yet. The session begins at 10 a.m. ET and is titled “Restoring Public Trust Through UAP Transparency and Whistleblower Protection.”
Four witnesses are set to testify under oath, and their backgrounds hint at potentially significant revelations.
You can watch the video here or below once the hearing starts.
The “Red Square” UFO Veteran from Vandenberg, 2003
One of the witnesses, U.S. Air Force veteran Jeffrey Nuccetelli, is tied to a now-infamous 2003 event at Vandenberg Air Force Base (renamed Vandenberg Space Force Base in 2021). Ryan Gravest testified about the sighting in 2023, talking about a 100-yard-sided, glowing red square that silently hovered over a launch facility for nearly 45 seconds before speeding off—then reappeared later that night in even more aggressive behavior.
Chief Alexandro Wiggins and the USS Jackson Encounter
Alexandro Wiggins, a 23-plus-year veteran of the U.S. Navy and radar expert, will also testify. In February 2023, aboard the USS Jackson, he tracked multiple “tic-tac-shaped” objects emerging from the ocean and ascending rapidly. Wiggins’ account adds a sensor-confirmed layer to the hearing. He’s also said his father worked at Area 51, a personal detail that adds narrative weight.
Veteran Investigative Journalist George Knapp
George Knapp, the veteran investigative journalist, is another witness. Knapp is known for breaking stories on Bob Lazar and Area 51 in 1989—and has been a constant figure in UAP journalism ever since. He brings decades of investigative experience.
Air Force Intelligence Vet Dylan Borland
And fourth up is Dylan Borland, an Air Force veteran who worked as a geospatial intelligence analyst for both military units and defense contractors. He’s expected to testify too, though less is known at this time about what he will share.
Why This Hearing Could Be a Turning Point
-
Eyewitnesses with direct encounters—not just analysts or lawmakers.
-
Potential radar and thermal imaging corroboration from credible military personnel.
-
Historical breadth, with testimony spanning a 2003 anomaly to a 2023 naval incident.
-
Investigative insight from Knapp could add extra depth.
